Over the past 25 years, he has been a founder, investor, mentor, speaker and enterprise innovation wrangler, and he still has an insatiable curiosity for exploring new solutions and technologies.

PJ is a dynamic choreographer of connection, collaboration and compassion for people and Mother Nature. She has a decade-long experience in sustainability roles at Unilever and has simultaneously founded Action Accelerator to support early stage innovators. Currently, PJ is focused on optimizing the creation of impactful partnerships between corporates and start-ups to solve some of the world's biggest challenges.
